1. Agreement
By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services
Javs Web provides web design, development, and related services. Scope and deliverables will be defined in project agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities
You’re responsible for providing content, feedback, and any third-party materials (images, text, etc.). Missing items may delay project delivery.

4. Intellectual Property
Javs Web retains rights to its design files and templates, but full ownership transfers to you upon final payment, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Payment & Refunds

• A deposit is required to begin work, with balance due before launch.

• Refunds are not offered once work has started.

6. Revisions
Package can include a set number of revisions; beyond that, extra fees may apply.

7. Warranty
We guarantee that the delivered website will function as specified. Our warranty lasts 30 days post-launch—we’ll fix any bugs reported during that period.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Javs Web will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate in writing if the other fails to meet obligations. If terminated early, you’re responsible for all work completed to that point.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Irish/EU law.
